"Fit to Compete" layoffs are coming en masse with GK taking over and swiftly turning the company into an Indian GSI. I'm thinking about whether to sacrifice myself and request a severance package. Does anyone know exactly what severance packages look like by level? I have heard in the past that it's one month plus 2 weeks per year of service and somewhat better for more senior roles. Can anyone confirm? Does severance at HV traditionally pay out any additional components like a pro-rated or full year ELTI? Trying to figure out what my number would be. #severance #layoff
You should expect 2 weeks per year of service. Up to last year, VP received 12m and SVP and above 18-24 months
