Closer to $100 I’m buying Boeing in buckets. They will be bailed out, too important to let die.
They might go down even more because of decreased demand and 737 MAX order cancellations. I guess Covid-19 is the final nail in the coffin of the MAX.
Isn’t the virus a good thing for Boeing 737 grounding ? Travel is at all time low, so gives some breathing space to fix the 737 issues.
It's a good distraction and Boeing will probably add some upgrades and rebrand the MAX (most consumers will not even know). But if the airlines cancel their current MAX orders because of reduced demand it'll surely be felt in quarterly revenue and stock price. I expect Boeing to bounce back, but stock may actually hit $100 or less before rising again.
The good times are dried up. A bailout or investment needs to occur with major shakeups. Removing employees trash cans for cost reduction just doesn’t work.
My moms been with Boeing for 30 years. She divested from the stock 3/4 years ago. She’s too smart to be with them still.
