7.8k lot this is so cheap

Meta ow74alx Apr 19

is that a lot?

Google alpaca 🦙 Apr 19

you can build a 3000 sq ft home with a pool

Intuit 5f7fe Apr 19

Its because of the lot size

If there's no house at all, it wouldn't make the news, and would still list and sell for a similar price. All the news coverage might have helped boost the sale price though

Because of my job, I have to deal with “journalists/reporters” very frequently. There are a lot of idiots among them. This being covered by multiple media is a joke.

Snap carmaleet Apr 19

Wow it's literally a shed. But 7000 sq ft lot so that is why. Destroy it and build a 4M house

7k sqft lot, someone can now build a 3-6000 sqft house with a pool and outdoor gym.

Snowflake ex-aviato Apr 19

That’s not the price of the house. That price is for the piece of land!

Apple aWVt68 Apr 19

A 3000 sq foot home would sell for $4-5M there once they build it

Pellego GTgU71 Apr 19

It's almost as if list price is a marketing number and representation of a properties value lol ...

Everyone getting all worked up… it’s a tear down. Even in the Midwest we have these around popular lakes… $700k+ shacks getting sold because they are going to be knocked down and redeveloped. It’s the land that you’re paying for here.

Meta absolutel Apr 19

It will go to 2m next year without doing anything.

Woven by Toyota Code.Leet Apr 19

It was sold for over 2M
