Does anyone have this? If so do you regret it for any reason? I saw it is leasing for 199/mo and less than 1k down. It's range is limited but that's no issue for me. I'm debating between this and the 150mi basic leaf which I saw is 209 and 3k down. I'd prefer the Volt over Clarity but I couldn't find any good lease deals on it.
My friend bought the Clarity hybrid (not pure EV). He is very happy with it. Barely uses any gas at all as he charges at home and office. It is a comfortable, spacious car, which is not the case for leaf.
That's good, yes I see it has better space.
Why not considering hydrogen fuel? Is there still a waiting list
It's Honda. It won't disappoint you. Ever.
Ok so I just learned this later that the Clarity EV isn't to be found and is on a waiting list for the dealerships I checked with in the bay area. So, the lease price mentioned online is meaningless unless you don't mind waiting months on a wait list (and who knows if you get it). So I'm going to pass. Hydrogen is inconvenient and more expensive, id get the plug in hybrid instead if I had to choose.
Hydrogen lease is pretty good. You also get 5k rebates plus free fuel. I would never recommend EV only. It gives only 89 miles. Better is hybrid instead. You may try Tracy Honda. Usually they have availability
The pure EV clarity is not that great. The hybrid phev clarity however is a great car! It basically is a much better equipped and larger Accord with hybrid stats similar to a chevy volt. Now with the volt discontinued by Chevy, clarity is the only phev out there that's worth getting imho
