Which is most fuel efficient and also has decent leg room in the 3 rd row Thanks!
Audi Q7
VW atlas. I test drove almost every car in this class except high luxury. VW was the best and I love it. Pilot came in second. If you really need the 3-across in the third row get it, but I can’t imagine 3 adults back there or 3 car seats.
Mazda cx-9 best mpg, stylish & luxurious
Toyota Highlander.. all the way. Fit and finish is great. Lots of luxury and safety features. Bought a 1.5 year old limited platinum hybrid fully loaded for about 39k. It’s more luxurious than the most cars in its class.
If you’re worried about the third row, get a minivan. The new siennas can look pretty good, and are available wth factory ground effects as well as recline + footrest second rows if you can swing it
Forgot to mention can also get AWD
Ford Explorer
Fuel efficiency and legroom in the third row answers can be found in editorial reviews from sites like Edmunds and KBB or by giving them a test drive and a look at the window sticker at a dealership... I don’t recall what legroom was like for the Pilot but I found the Highlander third row to be pretty cramped.
Honda Pilot
Acura MDX
