Could anyone update the thread please? I am curious towards the recruiter reaching out to me, wanted to know how's the compensation and the work visa pickle?
Good pay. Fully remote positions. CEO is fanatical about building a travel super app. Leadership team is dedicated and brilliant, lots of experience. The company is growing like crazy. More than doubled their valuation in 6 months this year between 2 funding rounds. While your strike price will be higher than mine, it’s still well under market value. I think the latest valuation put us at 3.5B, I expect to be a decacorn by next year.
How's the wlb? Also what was the interview like?
My WLB right now is not great, but there’s a reason for it and I could pull my foot off the gas if I wanted to. Interviews are normal process nothing fancy (although I’m on the business side). Phone screen with recruiter —> phone screen with hiring manager —> Loop / panel with 3-4 people —> bar raiser w/ senior possibly C suite depending on your level
