Hot news: HPE acquired Juniper networks. What are the consequences?

So my wife works for Juniper networks and there is a news that hit today saying HPE will acquire Juniper. Has anyone worked at the being acquired company? What are the chances of layoffs at Juniper? Wife is freaking out. #telecom#networking#tech

HPE has a long history of acquisitions and a lot of layoffs that follow usually. Source - my spouse was affected a while ago by hpe acquisition.

It's definitely not speculation. Stocks have values updated for take over. Only question of When it becomes official.
