House market in Seattle area
Is that a good time to purchase a house in great Seattle area? I am seeing tons of new listings and also seeing tons of drop price recently.
Don’t buy. The interest rate is dropped and continue to drop. The house prices will drop in coming months.
That’s the joke of the day ? Property prices go the opposite direction. Low interest rate means higher buying power which pushes the prices up.
My understanding is, if interest rate drops house prices will increase. Is it not correct
Property prices will go up as interest rate drops..anybody looking to buy, now is a good time to get cheaper interst rates before market goes up.
