I am saying that Republicans will favor it as long it is non binding. If the resolution was actually a bill.. it would not garner that level of support
In my experience.. rest of the world is more easily divided. India.. Europe (France, Germany, Austria, Hungary..) .. South America.. all are more polarized than USA. China too... But single party rule does a good job at keeping divicive policies out of the minds of the populace.
I want it public I personally believe it will be a whole lot of nothing. If the Trump administration makes moves to prevent its release, this will cause me to dramatically update my expectations
