Good time to buy a house in Bay Area/ Seattle ?
It’s always a good time to buy in the Bay Area. Prices either go up or stagnate. In some cases the mortgage is cheaper than rent.

RE market here in the SFBA is closely tied to the performance of the tech stock market. Tech stocks are super overvalued IMO, therefore RE is overvalued also. Just my opinion!
True. Housing stagnated during oct-Jan timeframe when stock was low. Now stocks are high. Seeing housing picking up
The best time to buy is only when you can afford it and if you can imagine the growth being 0% for the future. Never let speculation or FOMO be your main drivers.
