Can someone currently working at AppDynamics let me know how the stock refreshers are for Senior Software Engineers? Also, how is the bonus payout? Do they pay 100%?
Most years Cisco pays more than the assigned 15% to most employees. This year was a special case - we are going through some belt tightening and paid less than the 15% to many employees. But if you take an average across the last 5 years for all employees, it'd likely be above the 15%.
What about stock refreshers?
Most employees get yearly stock refreshers. These vest over the standard 4-yr term. For most employees, the size of the refresher grant would be enough to keep the total outstanding equity about the same $$ value as your base salary.

This year the target was 75% of 15%. Manager does have a multiplier where the bonus could be more than 15% or for this year 15%.
