How are you using Perks+ benefits for 2022?
I haven’t yet decided. Looking for some good fitness ideas that can be covered via Perks+ benefit.
Kind of sucks tbh. As a parent I lose a lot with the new perks. 2021 and before: Free Taxes(150) + Child care (3000) + Wellness (750) 2022: 3000 Can't believe they just did that.
Perks is only $1500
Difference is like$900, less the taxes you already pay on the benefit since the reimbursements count as income. So $600 less in benefits if you use them all, but all of your coworkers without children are getting a much better benefit
You think it will pay for botox? I'm going to try 😆
What exactly do you get in Botox? Sorry I’m pretty ignorant about it. You can always submit for reimbursement, you never know.
Tension headaches (for me personally). Insurance only covers it if drugs don't work and I'd rather get botox than take drugs. Both because of the cosmetic benefits and drugs make my brain fuzzy
