How bad is the market for backend engineers?
I have 2 faang on resume and now Workday. I'm pretty much only working+studying for interviews. Looking for mid to senior levels roles at least 250k usd. Open to move anywhere in US. Please advice how are my chances. TC:210

Hard to say. Most teams are starved for resources at the moment... It is like you are starving but have no money to buy bread... What are the chances of a piece of bread getting sold in such a situation? I'd say high with the right price.
