How can I get an intern interview with Cruise?
I am super interested in interning at this company, but they not receptive to my application. I have been making optimizations to my resume over time to align it with their description. Would writing a cover letter help my case? The work described in the job requisitions is quite similar to what I do currently (RTOS development), I feel like i would be a good fit. yoe - 3.5

A cover letter always helps. It shows you read the actual job description and is an opportunity to express excitement and your personal interest in working there . Those qualities are just as important as skill for an employee to do good work for a company, though new or clueless managers might not understand that.
