Hello! Just wondering how has your experience been when finding a job on a visa. Another question I have. When you get H1B, do you still answer "Yes" to the question, "Will you require sponsorship to work in US?" Thanks!
Not much different in tech. Almost all companies are open to sponsorship. Its harder for other fields though. (Mech, IE, business etc)
I feel F1 STEM is best bet for small companies. It’s almost like a 3 year trial before committing without any legal fees
I usually see h1 holders getting hired easily because they don’t risk the lottery. Amongst F1 the first two years are fine, the last year/chance no one will risk.
Not much because many recruiters just judge your identity by names <.< they see an Asian / Indian name and just assume you require sponsorship anyways, even though I had a bolded section on the resume that clearly states I’m a citizen.
