Hi, I am a final year student in a 2 tier college in India. I've previously interned at Amazon and got a PPO there. So my college won't allow me to sit for campus placements. I just want to try my luck and improve my interview experience / skills more, so what's the best way to apply for off campus jobs at top tech companies like FAA(N?)G in India? The most suggested method is to get referrals via alumni, but my college isn't that good, so this doesn't apply much for me :( Base : 13.5L YOE : <1Y #hiring #jobopening #recruiting
Dude ur Tc is 17-18 L ,not 30 L .Please before posting know a difference betweenTC and CTC ,CTC is a scam.
Thanks for the info. Didn't knew this before. Edited to include base + stocks for now.
Sorry ,If I sounded rude .Total compensation for first year is calculated like this , Base salary + stocks for 1 year( in ur case 5% of 10L since amazon follows 5/15/40/40 stock distribution over 4 years ) + sigon for 1 year + performance bonus
