How do I apply for start ups?
I am planning to move away from Amazon TPM to Start up leadership roles. I have been in Tech leadership roles at banks before. Can any one please suggest how do I find roles in start ups? TC: 430K Yoe: 18

Do you have GC or citizenship ? If not, startups dont usually sponsor visa for Founding roles. You might have 0.1% success looking for someone who does. I have found lots of pre seed/ seed stage company jobs on Linkedin. Wellfound is another website but I hardly found success there.
Look at VC website like a16z and they will have the startups listed there.
