I'm on a high profile project... Manager is watching closely on how it's going. I already have 3 offers and I scheduled on-sites strategically like when manager is on PTO or lying that I'm sick... But its not sustainable. My co-worker is already suspecting me. And I have 2 and possibly more on-sites on deck. What do I do? I almost cancelled my last onsite until the recruiter literally begged me not to..
Reveal it to your manager and see if he'll beg u to stay?
Lol not yet. Once I do get an offer I like then maybe ;)
Yeah I recently had this problem with a bunch of onsites, at least you have offers though. I did what you are doing so I would be interested in knowing a different approach
How did it go with you? I'm forced to come up with creative lies lol..
Pretty much did the same, my manager confronted me saying that others on the team had complained that I wasn't around. 🙄 By the time I recieved that feedback I only had one onsite left

Schedule them for Friday or Monday and take PTO. Folks will assume you are traveling.
Beautiful solution but also dangerous.. You can ruin your weekend or week :o)
So you are worried about weekend. duh
Schedule those 2 onsites over some fri and the very next mon. And tell your manager that you are going on a vacation for 4 days or visiting family. Sounds like a plan, no?
Say you need to burn vacation before it was expires at the end of Dec, and then just block every Friday as PTO. (It helps if it's actually true.)
What team/org are you at? Probably one week vacation to wrap all on-sites would be better
I have taken a week already in november end and will be wrapping up phone screen in next 2 weeks. will do start up interviews on Friday/monday but FANG in one week.

What do you think is wrong with a kid who got rejected by 9 colleges?
Schedule them over a week or two if possible and take a vacation.
Wow really? That sounds so overwhelming :(
It depends on you right? Some people would prefer doing as many as they can together so they’re “fresh” and in the interviewing mode. I’ve not had this problem but just a thought.
