How do I get into Software Development at Boeing?
I have the skills but I keep failing at making it to the interview. Even early career openings dont pan out. Any advice on switching to Boeing SWE? Message me a contact if you want to help me get in front of a manager looking for new talent.
Boeing's done two rounds of voluntary layoffs, one round of involuntary layoffs with another to come. And there is talk of possible layoffs next year. It will be very difficult to get a job right now.
Even in Software? I know all the roles tied to production got the axe.
I saw a list of the skill codes layed off. It was everyone. At least for BCA. Not sure about BDS.
