I graduated college in 2020 and since then, the bulk of my work experience has been in doing Product management for a couple of very early start ups. This fit my skills perfectly, since I pursued a couple of ideas myself while in college. These positions demanded that I be some kind of generalist, since I was mostly hired as employee 1 or 2. I've been at this for three years now and I am beginning to think spending so much time doing product this way has deprived me of the opportunity to learn under seasoned product leaders- I honestly do not feel I should be leading anything at this point in my career. Can anyone advice on what I can do/ courses I can take to ensure I keep growing as a PM?
