It depends a lot. Bigger companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Google, and Indeed have higher TCs. Others have way lower, eg Rakuten. But you are not going to see 350k a year total comp. I maybe wrong though as my source is only from a few friends I know and personal offers.
Thanks for sharing that input. But what do you mean by higher? I can imagine that the big companies pay a premium over the market, but how does their TC compare to the US TC?
To answer your question, lower than US tech comp
