How do new grad packages change after company merges?
Have an intern offer at Discovery, currently don’t know if I should accept due to the merge between WarnerMedia and Discovery. I’m looking to work full time at the company I intern at. New grad package from Levels for Discovery is currently: 115k base, 12% bonus (14k), 30k RSU/3 years, 15k sign on Is it likely to go up after the merge or will it go down?

ahaha yea just thought about that, love the company and what they’re doing, but my biggest fear is what the company will look post merger and if i even will get a return offer
