I have a few coworkers who do things including: - never respond to messages - don’t do work that is asked of them - suggest/lead useless tasks to check boxes on promo doc - rushed worked which impacts others - then are quick to blame others before finding a solution to issues How do you treat this person when they ask you for help? Do you ignore or just act like nothing is wrong. Usually I have just been answering but not jumping to spend extra time on them. Bc I don’t know what their issues are and no need to burn bridges
