Just curious how people manage their money when you are not married and have no serious obligations (family healthy and independent). I’ve heard folks in different spectrums who are all in on crypto or all in on real estate with a mortgage. I have close to 400k allocatable cash including financial investments and close to 200k retirement fund (401k+IRA). I’m mostly diversified in stock and about 65k in crypto. I don’t know how to think about risk and investing much. Any reading materials would be appreciated too. A lot of financially successful people here it seems. I’m curious what you do. PS: I don’t think money comes from day to day saving. Enjoy your life. You only get to live your twenties once :) TC 330 YOE 4.5
Was around 30k in personal loan debt till late twenties. Never cared or bothered. Didn’t had to sacrifice anything coz I still bought a house and had nice cars etc but realized much later how I could have been smarter. Anyways it’s all a part of learning and growing.
I’m 27 and I have 1 mil - 90% in stocks mostly MSFT 🤣 rest is cash. TC 180 yoe 5
