screen time
This^.
Screen time says my daily average use of apps for social media is around 1 hour.
How is YouTube social media?
How is it not? Its a social community of extreme hatred and racism
I guess I’m using YouTube-Lite then I search for specific content or use a link. Never posted a comment. Never read a comment. No notifications or recommendations. I’ll just stick to that, then. The world is ugly enough as it is.
Remind this to yourself that nothing will happen if you disable your account. Try this and disable it for 1 month.

What is on LinkedIn? Last time I checked it was full of spam and meaningless garbage (like quora, but much worse)
I have a large professional network which is very useful to me.

Removed it from my phone.
I removed Facebook and reddit apps from my phone, but still use their web versions on browser. That cut down the time I spent on them a hell lot.
