You get to ship a mostly defined product or you’re asked to do market research on an upcoming change impacting our product
Three weeks of onboarding including parts of eng bootcamp, week of PM bootcamp, and a week of self-paced data analytics bootcamp. Then whatever your specific team decides for onboarding which is created by the manager/team. There is an onboarding tool where the manager selects people in the team with whom to meet, adds resources, and then any ancillary training classes.
At Amazon we have a similar tool and it is manager driven
