Refreshers are announced in Yearly appraisal which is done in March. Value of refreshers depends on your performance and level. Avg price of Feb month is used to convert the amount into number of stock units. Vesting is on monthly basis over 4 years starting April. Cuttoff date is probably about 6 months before March for eligibility (Not sure about this).
Are there some fixed refresher amount like google? As if you are at l4 and you got meets expectations rating, then you will get 50k as refreshers for sure, whatever your TC maybe.
Asking because that’s not the case at LinkedIn, your current TC decides your refreshers.
Offers rolled out few months back in US had June 30 as deadline. Not sure if that has changed considering the fact that stocks are front loaded at Uber now.
