If my recruiter is from youtube org, can I still request for other org like cloud or search?

It’s irrelevant to where your recruiter is based. You’ll go through gMatch, which is a universal team matching process. You’ll be thrown into a candidate pool of everyone who passed the onsite pretty much.

My recruiter title said “Recruiter, Youtube”. Will i only match with teams from youtube?

Which level are you being considered? Afaik, I think everyone goes through gMatch unless you’re told in the very beginning that you’re gonna be placed in Youtube.
