After receiving thousands of applications how do recruiters select and how many do they select for the recruiting screen? After the recruiter screen round how many move forward to the phone screen and then out of those how many to the onsite rounds? Is the elimination performance based or numbers based like at every round they have to eliminate 50% of the applicants? Can any recruiters or hiring managers please help to understand the process?
