It depends on your specific job functionality and level. If you're a generalist engineer with at least a good 5-7 years of solid experience under your belt, the big tech companies will work with your schedule for the most part. If you're newer to the industry or super, super specialized in your scope, things might be more time sensitive. If you're extremely senior, regardless of specialty, and have relevant experience at other companies with massive scale, the companies you mentioned will likely make headcount for you when you're ready if you need to postpone
