'Hindutva': The Radical Hindu Ideology That Seeks to 'Push Christianity Out of India’
I am now about a year and a half into my first job after college and starting to work through the Algorithm Design Manual and LC problems. I've spent a lot of time over the last year learning the new tech stack at my job and using my company associated Github repo to the point where my new personal account is essentially empty. How much of a negative is that? Will recruiters look at it and essentially write me off? I appreciate your time. TC: $97 YOE: 1.5

Nobody cares. Everybody knows your professional work is in a private repo I think some folks look but nobody's ever said "all your work is 3+years old and you made no commits this year" during an interview. 3 YOE here.
Thanks for your time - makes sense.
There have been many people hired by GitHub who did not have a GitHub profile before joining.
No one cares afaik
