They have aggressive hiring goals and plans this year but looking at the product it’s unclear why they need so many people.
It’s kind of a lot of directions, no? Checkout UI, fraud, analytics, etc? Each of these needs a team
As a bolt on product (no pun intended) to Shopify or BigCommerce ecommerce solutions its hard to see what their product strategy is and whether their goal is to just get acquired. They have a strong team with a good talent bench so I am sure they will figure something out. But hiring too fast and too aggressively can backfire if there isn’t a big growth strategy behind it.
If you’re considering interviewing there definitely do it. Everyone I spoke to were awesome. Transparent, no bullshit and super energetic team. Looks like they have solid growth numbers.
