How is Paytm culture
Paytm work culture(tech) in both Noida and Bangalore ?

stark912 Sep 3, 2019Culture is bad. There is a lot of politics and haphazard execution of plans. This is true for all companies which are directly under the control of the founder. Paytm Money is an exception. Engg talent is not great. Senior business folks take a lot of calls with Design, Product and Marketing having no say or be overruled very easily.
