Got an interview call for Salesforce.org, which is a separate entity from Salesforce.com. They’re the non profit philanthropy cloud version it seems. Any idea about the work culture and how is the work life balance there. Is it similar to other part of Salesforce? #Salesforce #Bellevue @Salesforce @Salesforce.org
I've heard the Bellevue building is a ghost town because everyone is "working from home" all day every day.
I also heard similar things
That's a very good perk and win-win for extra space to hire more in the office who prefer that atmosphere
FYI op .org is being merged in with .com if you missed that news.
Thanks for the update. Just reading about it. How’s the general feeling inside company about this merge? Also in general do you have more insight into .org work culture?
Nope. I'm new and work in .com. Don't have too much of a glimpse inside the machine yet.
@OP did you receive an offer from salesforce.org, just wanted to understand is there any change in tc and compensation of org after merging with com or org is still offering lower compensation and no rsus
I think new employees are considered as .com employees and follow the same standards including giving RSUs

My buddy in sales force Bellevue is chilling
Thanks, just to confirm, is that .org or regular Salesforce? From what I understood, .org is working as a separate entity and pretty smaller in size. Don’t see much reviews about that in the internet
I have no clue
