I’m a junior engineer about to get an offer from Turo. I would like to stay there for 3 years before jumping ship. Are they a good company wrt to tech and WLB? Is there scope for product growth?
Isn't Turo struggling as a business??
What makes you think that?
Absolutely not safe
Their blind rating is surprisingly high
square is high
Nowhere is safe, honestly, except maybe government jobs
Yes!
Yea, it’s safe. Safer than most other businesses out there these days
Yes and the culture is very good 👍
Y’all hire Data Engineers? With 2 YOE? What’s the WFH policy?
Been here for awhile and tech stack is pretty good. There are still a lot of room for improvements though. WLB is great. They have a hybrid model if people want to go to the office still. Otherwise, they fully support remote work and has no intention forcing people back to offices. Lots of room for product growth that are confidential. I would take a look at the S1 to get some details.
