I have recently accepted an offer from Snap. Just curious how the company is in terms of taking care of employees…. I had few questions on the lines of following: -Are they as frugal as Amazon? -Do they let people travel? Is it business class for long flights? -Free food? -Micro kitchens with more than coffee or soda? Any other interesting perks?
Op, congratulations. Is it remote friendly?
Companies have been cutting back on perks for a while. Hopefully you accepted the job because the work is a great fit for your skill set and career growth and not the micro kitchen.
What level did you get?
New TC and Old TC please, else take down the post
If you got an offer you would know most of these Qs - all covered in the benefits package/guide. That said it’s very comparable to meta (was at meta the last 8 years) I would say snap is more relaxed on business travel than meta
Thanks! Where did you travel?

Thank you AAPL and NVDA
Wouldn’t they tell you about free food and micro kitchen during the offer phase? You can probably ask your recruiter questions 2-4.
