How is it working for Dropbox?
Are here any folks from Dropbox? How do you like working there? Will you stay after IPO? What you don’t like in the company? Mostly interested in Seattle/NYC locations Will appreciate any constructive answer

How is dropbox making money? Or is it not making any profits?

The Seattle and NYC locations are also pretty unique because of their size. You get that small office feel and closeness, while still working for Dropbox.
Company culture is positive and strong. We are big enough to treat employees really well and small enough that a single employee can have a huge impact - both engineers and non-technical people alike. I don't feel like a cog or a "resource". Seattle/NYC are both in good shape as far as I can tell. They each have a well defined team identity and set of functions that they own top to bottom. As far as don't like, many teams will make colossal overhauls of their product or codebase without considering the consequences and then, either during our shortly after, the fallout will have significant negative impacts on everyone who works with them.
