Curious how things are in asana. I hear they’re returning to offices in September which would be a big jump for me from remote work. Currently a L7 product designer salary 200 + not so great equity right now Curious how it compares?
I think it’s quite good, but like many companies, not a lot of hiring happening right now. You can find marginally better comp in other big tech or finance companies, but work/life balance is very good. The people at Asana are genuinely nice and care for each other, which I like, but some people find annoying.
Why would people find that annoying?
People at Asana can be overly positive, but non committal/fake.
Great culture. we're on a hiring freeze right now. I'm in sales so no idea about salary
Comp tends to be on the lower side and sadly the culture seems to be going downhill as a result of growing pains which has resulted in a bunch of posturing and handwaving.
