How is refresher calculated at FB
e4 1yoe TC 270k I know the annual base (ma) refresher for e4 is 70k and itβs 1.2x for ee and 2x for ge. My question is you got 2 halves one as ee and one as ge, in this case how would the refresher look like? Also is refresher calculated by the end of each h2 after you get your two ratings for the year? Is it prorated? Thanks.
