How is the PM sentiment at Compass?

At Compass. I love the role and wish I never took the job at Compass. It was a clear mistake

Look at the hierarchies within the pm org. Itโs a mess.
PM org is a hit or miss. DA is the worst org of all. But if you are asking about Compass company potential, I am positive

The pm org is a hot mess and the management is truly horrendous. They have no idea how to manage and struggle to understand what their role is in the organization.
Morale is low
