How is work env at OCI(Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) Bangalore
I am working with Red Hat for last 6 years and work culture at Red Hat is very good, but Red Hat does not pay that good ? I have cleared all OCI interviews and have already accepted offer from OCI. Can someone brief about work culture ar OCI ? TC : 56L Base: 38L PF:2L Stocks:13L(total 900 unit rsu)

Heard WLB is best there
Yes WLB is very good, i dont even care about the wlb or the pay there(pay might not be as much as faang but it isnt as low as people make it out to be.One can live a very happy life in in india on what they pay) Their culture is <3 . Sadly hiring freeze afaik going on in india there.
Oci has over 20 teams in India. You need to be more specific on which team, org, kind of work they're doing etc to get more feedback.
I am not sure about the org but i will be working in disaster management as a service (DMAAA)
