Hi community, I recently had an interview with Joby aviation and it went well. I was later notified that company would like to go ahead with me and will provide an offer letter soon. It has been more than a week that I haven't received it yet and HR told me it is progress. Should I be worried that they are still looking for someone else or they usually take this long? #offer #computer #engineering #salary #tech
Not to scare you, but a Joby recruiter told me I would receive an offer letter soon (verbal, no salary given) and I didn't end up getting it. It's probably super rare and they're a super cool company, so I was sad. Just to let you know they've done it before. Did they give you specific numbers?
No they didn't give numbers but asked my expectations and went over the salary components. Later he said they need to send this to CEO and COO for approval and once it is approved they'll get back to me.
Ok that's good. Happened to me last year anyway, they're probably less likely to do that now. Good luck!
I'm currently interviewing with them as well. They are very slow in general. So give them an extra week and keep interviewing else where too. If you don't mind, can you provide onsite interview break down by any chance? Also, did they ask any leetcode in any of their interviews? Thank you
Can anyone refer me at Joby Aviation
Nice! They’re probably still celebrating their NYSE IPO. Which organization within?
