How long does Microsoft India take to send out final results?
I did my AA interview through skype on Nov 19 ( a week ago). The Director at Microsoft who conducted my AA said the results would be out most probably by 30 Nov. But the HR called today and spoke to me like a new candidate asking me to come for F2F. Then I explained saying that I was done with interviews and waiting for results. Looks like they are still calling for candidates and conducting interviews. I spoke with a few candidates who attended along with me, and they said they were rejected and they got a mail. But I haven't got any yet. What is the situation? Am I on hold?
I think they have outsourced this hiring process. And these HR guys are screwing us big time with no proper streamlined process. They don't even have a track of who has attended and who haven't. They keep calling the same person for interviews again and again.
What's AA?
As Appropriate round. Basically a skip level round with a Director of the company or the hiring manager who takes the final decision of hire/no hire.

Thank you. If I inform them that I have another offer, will that speed up the process? Or spoil the whole scene..
I think you should tell them. Since you already have another offer, it won't matter much to you if they tell you to GTFO.
