There is a big backlog now. 12-15 months national average. Has someone recently got it done in Seattle.

Do you have to stay in the US while your N400 is being processed?
You can travel. It's likely a bad idea to actually move away though. Talk to an immigration lawyer if you are uncertain
Applied in Feb2018 in NY. Received the interview notice in December2018. Don’t need to stay in the US but it’s hard to reschedule those interviews.
