My current client wants me to join them full time and have tried multiple times to get me flipped, but Accenture is blocking it everytime. alt way is to leave project and join back client after some time. whats the cooldown period for me to leave this project and then join as full time with client
That is truly strange. Ex Accenture here. I have known many SMs and MDs who Accenture allowed to go work for a client. They would really not be bothered with anyone below SM level. Are you based outside of the US and subject to arbitration?
I am based in US and client is in US too
So I am not clear how they are “blocking” you
I think it is 6 month cooling period depends on both accenture and client contracts
any luck joining client?
6 months, unless Accenture agrees.
OP-- that's right. Don't get into the contractual stuff. Leave the project in Accenture and join the client after 6 months. Either party will have to pay penalty if they allow or hire.

There’s no cool down. Just leave Accenture and join the client.
It seems like they have some legal contractual agreements of cooldown period
What are you talking about?
