I submitted all my documents after successfully completing all the interviews from Microsoft before 2 months. Whenever I call HR he says "I am waiting for Manager's approval" or "I am forwarding your profile to another team", but thankfully he is responding to mails and calls. What should I do to receive the offer letter from Microsoft and How can I make this process faster. Location : Microsoft IDC (Indian Development Center)
A bit unrelated, but I would like to know how you tagged "Microsoft" on your post?
Because I gave my interview, submitted my documents, contacting HR from "Microsoft"
@Expedia: when you select “Topics” as channel at the top when writing post, it shows tag option where you can add tags like “@Microsoft” etc. HTH.
"I am forwarding your profile to another team" indicates that the team you interviewed with either lost the headcount or hired someone else. Your best bet is to level with the recruiter. As much as you want the job, you may have to move on if they tell you the bad news. Try to persuade the recruiter to get on a call with you. If that’s possible, then when they get on the line ask the recruiter politely, “I just need you to help me out. We started off the interview process well, I spent time with the team and even passed the loop. But now this offer is being delayed with no timeline in sight. (Pause for effect) If you were in my shoes, what would you do?” Remember to keep your calm and be cordial on the phone. The hope is that the recruiter will respond, reciprocate with goodwill and give you the answer you need to hear.
That's cool dude, will follow your words in the next followups.
👊 Sorry that you have to go through this. Good luck!

'Hindutva': The Radical Hindu Ideology That Seeks to 'Push Christianity Out of India’
Too long. You have to threaten them with another offer deadline and put a check in the morning of the deadline on the hiring managers calendar. They are super slow and disorganized.
wouldn't it cause any problem with the HR. Actually I'm planning to loop in senior manager in upcoming followup mails
Not if you’re polite and professional. Top talent gets multiple offers all the time.
