How long to wait before moving to another org / team?

Hi, Joined Amazon Alexa a year ago as AS L5. Honestly, work got bit boring and I am thinking of switching over to another team / org. I was wondering if there are any recommendations people have as to switching too soon which might impact my career down the line / promotions etc? Part of me tells me I should probably wait for another year or so and get some deliverables for my team before moving on.
