How much 100k in Dallas equivalent to in Seattle area?

Planning to move to Seattle or nearby. Making 100k in Dallas a software developer. How much I should target for if I want to live same or better lifestyle in Seattle

Look at house prices on Zillow or redfin, and see what you'd have to pay for something comparable to what you have now. It's not the whole answer, but it's a start.

It’s not as rosy as it seems. It’s good if you want to just roam randomly on non peak days. But can’t plan anything around it.
