How much CTC should I ask in HR discussion with Akamai India
I am through all technical and managerial interview rounds with akamai. I am yet to discuss my salary with HR. I currently hold the offer With 22 Lpa fixed no variable. I am having 3.5 years of experience and am being interviewed for sde 2 position. So my question is how much expected salary should I ask while negotiating?

I really don't know the team. Does CTC depends on team ? Just my doubt

Akamai bands are not too huge and not a pay master, expect something around what you already have. If its the security Technology Group, expect a good offer
I think they are hiring for global services team
I think the 22 LPA you're already holding is beyond the band they would be willing to offer, atleast from my experience. In any case, it's been 12 days since the post. Did you manage to get a good offer?
They have offered me 24.5 Lpa ( 22 fixed + 2.5 variable). For the time being i have accepted the offer because the other offer is from services based cmny. I'm still looking for better offers
