How much I can expect from Paytm?
Hello @paytm folks, I am in a process to get an offer from Paytm. What I should ask in term of TC? Current TC at msft(L61) Yoe - 5. 20 base + 5 stock + around 2 lpa average bonus = 27. Please help me here.

I would say 30 LPA. Paytm doesn't have stocks to give out.

Paytm do give ESOPs. A friend of mine with same YOE got 12L worth of stocks for 4 years.

I prefer RSUs over ESOPs. You cannot liquidate ESOPs of unlisted companies easily. Wait for a buyback or IPO and the valuation is done in-house not by the market.
